What kind of wax do you use in your candles?

We pour all our candles using 100% natural soy wax. It is completely safe, clean-burning, and free from harmful toxins or health-damaging additives, ensuring a pure and cozy atmosphere in your home.

How long will my candle burn?

Our hand-poured candles offer an average burn time of 35 to 40 hours when burned properly and kept trimmed between uses.

How does delivery work in Malta?

We offer prompt local delivery completed within 2 business days. Delivery is free for all orders over €50, and a flat fee of €5 applies for orders under €50.

Why should I trim the wick before every burn?

Trimming the wick to approximately 5 mm (¼ inch) before each lighting ensures an even, stable flame and significantly minimizes smoke and soot buildup.

How do I prevent tunneling in my candle?

On your first lighting, allow the wax to melt completely across the surface to the edges of the container before extinguishing. This initial full melt pool ensures an even burn throughout the entire candle's life.

What safety guidelines should I follow while burning?

Always burn your candle within sight on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, pets, and children. Limit burning time to 2–4 hours at a time, keep the wax pool free of debris, and discontinue use when about 1 cm (½ inch) of wax remains.
